EA sought to outsource their packaging production and operations to external partners, allowing their in-house teams to concentrate on game development and publishing. The initiative encompassed design, artworking and localization.
We took responsibility for all creative functions and developed a workflow platform integrated directly with third party publishers and automation tools. Transparency tracking was embedded to eradicate bottlenecks.
