Brand Consistency
Philips
Challenge
Historically global marketing content was generated and approved in the US, before being distributed to other markets for individual adaptation and localization. This approach led to brand and communications inconsistencies, causing delays and additional costs.
Solution
We implemented a tailored workflow, incorporating content creation and localization in the initial stages. This allowed us to furnish region-specific content for digital assets, such as emails, banner ads, social posts, landing pages, videos, sales enablement tools and long form articles. Campaigns became accessible to non-US regions in a more expedited timeframe.
Results
Our approach has shortened the launch timeframes by four weeks, diminishing the need for and cost of local revisions, and enhancing the consistency of global communications.
