Challenge
As part of a complete rebrand, Microsoft needed to redesign and migrate the entire online portfolio including their e-commerce platform for PC Accessories. Spark managed the transition to a new CMS and the integration of localized purchase links, servicing 47 different markets.
Solution
We re-engineered the entire process which encompassed high volumes of product, marketing, technical and retailer content. All stakeholders from marketing to legal compliance had transparency of and input into the workflow and approval process.
Results
Delivered 50% quicker than a competitor quote with a translation leverage rate of 85% for future savings.
